All I need is the conversion kit (which is ordered), Pedals (coming Sunday), and a brake....Decided to go with sweet Blue and Black $9 Hutchinson Equinox tires from PerformanceBike (which match perfect) and Merv hooked me up with a sweet old aluminum TT stem from his parts drawer. I also splurged and got amazing natural cork color handlebar tape.
If I had the $$$, the ugly Scott saddle would be gone. Ideally, I would get a sick real leather saddle, but they are wicked expensive. One from here will do! Oh well....
